Cotard's Delusion is categorically and distinctly different from the "Living Death Metaphor" taught in the trauma modules of IEMT.

Symptoms and presentation:

  * Anhedonia (inability to feel pleasure)
  * Apathy
  * Social withdrawal
  * Anorexia and weight loss
